- TRACK!
Both our girls and boys teams came home with a VICTORY! I love my team, and the AMAZING friends I have met.
I also ended the season with a personal best in the 1500: 4:49. That is a 5:08 mile.

While in Houston we got to do baptisms in the Houston, Texas temple.

- END OF FRESHMEN YEAR!
If there is one thing I have learned since graduating high school it is this:
People will walk in and out of your life, and everyone is on their own journey. Change is inevitable, and so we must make the memories while we can, cherish them, and look to the future where more will be made,
I have made some of the greatest friends since coming to college. Most of them have left to continue on their journey in life.
Some have gone, or are leaving, on missions to serve the Lord. Others have moved to other schools, moved home, gotten engaged, etc. I often feel sad that I have to watch these wonderful friends leave, but I am so thankful for the friendships and memories I have made with them! And I am excited for them to continue on their path in life.
Don't cry because it's over, but smile and be thankful that it happened. Have hope for the future, and be a good friend to all.
Friends may walk in and out of your life, but FAMILY will always be there for you.
Heavenly Father and Jesus will always be there for you.
You are never alone!
One of the hardest parts of leaving college was leaving my amazing roommates. I was so BLESSED to have the roommates I did! I grew so close to each one, and I will NEVER forget the times we spent in apt. K 1107, nor will our friendship stop over the years.
To celebrate our last night together, we all went skinny dipping in the "lovely" (not) Utah Lake. Hahaha it was a pretty funny night.
I love my sisters and best friends! Here is what is in store for them:
Morgan Brewster: She will be in Orem next year as she continues to work and be the amazing young lady that she is.
Morgan Merkley: She is getting ready to turn in her papers to serve a MISSION!
Mckayla Thacker: She is leaving in August to serve in Paraguay
Kelsey Carlson: She is leaving in TWO DAYS to serve in Argentina
Emily Triboletti: She moved back to New Jersey, but don't worry, we send each other some pretty awesome snap chats:) haha.
And then there is me!
- Me
I got a job as a daycare teacher, and I have been running lots!
After about a month of being home, I began to realize why the Lord wanted me here this summer.
I have learned alot about myself! I haven't had the distraction of friends constantly in my life these past few months, and I have learned more about who I really am.
I have been able to spend alot of time with my family, and I have loved it!
I feel that, in some small way, I am helping the lives of some of the children at the daycare...and they have taught me more than they'll ever ever know.
I am excited to go back to college to begin my sophomore year, but in the meantime, I am competely content with my life here in Vernal. (Something I would have NEVER said just a few short months ago...)
- Summer fun :)

Grandma and I visiting Papa's grave on Memorial Day.
Spent a fun weekend in Hurricane with my good friends!
